The champagne is pale, white gold in colour, a very lively style, with fresh citrus, tropical fruits of grapefruit and pineapple.
Fresh and vivacious with more depth than most aperitif styles. This non-vintage has the ability to improve and develop in the cellar.
It will go well with most foods – seafood, nuts, cheeses and even spicy food like Thai, or fatty foods like duck or foie gras, because the acidity cuts through and it cleanses the palate so you can taste all the flavours in many foods.
